Teens

Our Teens, dynamic 9th-12th graders, are stepping into their roles as self-sufficient leaders. They take charge by holding elected positions that mirror the roles held by the mothers in our organization, providing them with a taste of real-world leadership and governance. These young leaders meet monthly for business meetings where they develop and participate in activities that align with our National Thrusts, ensuring that their initiatives are both purposeful and impactful.

A significant emphasis is placed on community service, fostering a spirit of giving back and making a difference in their local communities. Our Teens lead and engage in various service projects, learning the importance of civic responsibility and the power of collective action.

Leadership development is a cornerstone of their experience. Through workshops, seminars, and hands-on experiences, our Teens acquire the skills and confidence needed to assume leadership positions not just in high school, but also in college, the workforce, and within their communities. They learn about effective communication, strategic planning, and team management, all essential tools for successful leadership.

Additionally, we provide comprehensive financial literacy modules that teach necessary skills such as budgeting, investing, and financial planning. These modules ensure that our Teens are well-prepared to manage their finances responsibly and make informed economic decisions as they transition into adulthood.

By participating in these varied and enriching activities, our Teens gain a well-rounded education that prepares them to lead with integrity, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose, ready to tackle the challenges of the future and make meaningful contributions wherever they go.
